Patients with kidney ailments need not go to Manila or Cebu for the needed medical treatment after the formal inauguration last November 25 of the Sesenio R. Rosales Kidney Institute at the Capitol University Medical Center in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City.
The medical facility is the first kidney institute in Mindanao that offers state-of-the-art machines from Fresenius Medical Care that provides Conventional Hemodialysis, Online Hemodiafiltration, Peritoneal Dialysis, Kidney Transplant and Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL).
CUMC officials and staff, guests and invited media graced the event which is a milestone in the healthcare industry in Mindanao.
The SSR Kidney Institute occupies the whole 7th floor of the hospital building.
