As you avail our Executive Packages, please be guided with the following preparations:

- Fasting for 10-12hours (extended time of fasting would alter the test results).
- Thumb-sized stool sample to be collected at home and bring it in the morning of your assigned schedule.
- Proper labeling of your specimen bottles to avoid switching of specimen and errors on the test results.
- Bring a jogging outfit and rubber shoes for your Treadmill Stress Test for ECU Plan A.
- Light meal (no coffee or tea intake) one (1) hour before your Treadmill Stress Test.
As we would like to ensure a hassle-free ECU availment for all our clientele, we would like to enjoin you to strictly keep to your preferred schedule. All requests for re-schedule are subject to the availability of the slot. Requests should be formalized and sent to us at least three (3) days prior to your availment date, otherwise, CUMC – ESOH Facility cannot accommodate you. Likewise, we will revert back to you on the status of your request.
Note:
- ECU Package rates are discounted up to 20% – 30% from the OPD rates. Thus, Senior Citizens, Students, Alumni, and other discount privileges are not applicable to these services.
- Failure to comply ECU Package after one month from the date of availment will be forfeited.
