As you avail our Executive Packages, please be guided with the following preparations:

1. 1. Fasting for 10-12hours (extended time of fasting would alter the test results).
   2. Thumb-sized stool sample to be collected at home and bring it in the morning of your assigned schedule.
   3. Proper labeling of your specimen bottles to avoid switching of specimen and errors on the test results.
   4. Bring a jogging outfit and rubber shoes for your Treadmill Stress Test for ECU Plan A.
   5. Light meal (no coffee or tea intake) one (1) hour before your Treadmill Stress Test.

As we would like to ensure a hassle-free ECU availment for all our clientele, we would like to enjoin you to strictly keep to your preferred schedule. All requests for re-schedule are subject to the availability of the slot. Requests should be formalized and sent to us at least three (3) days prior to your availment date, otherwise, CUMC – ESOH Facility cannot accommodate you. Likewise, we will revert back to you on the status of your request.

Note: 

• ECU Package rates are discounted up to 20% – 30% from the OPD rates. Thus, Senior Citizens, Students, Alumni, and other discount privileges are not applicable to these services. 
• Failure to comply ECU Package after one month from the date of availment will be forfeited.
