Capitol University Medical Center (CUMC) located in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City has relocated its state-of-the-art Laureana San Pedro Rosales Heart Institute (LSRHI) Head Station to a much bigger space and with more modern equipment at its new location at the hospital’s ground floor, West Side Building.
The medical facility has added more advanced screening equipment for its Heart Station including a Catheterization Laboratory or Cath Lab with a diagnostic imaging equipment used for invasive tests and procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease.
The bigger space also bodes well with the hospital’s continuous improvements in serving the ever increasing population of the region.
This latest development shows LSRHI’s commitment to enhancing its medical services particularly on cardiovascular diseases. Other services offered include the following:
1. 24-hour Ambulatory BP monitoring (only in Mindanao)
2. 24-hour holter monitoring
3. 2D-Echo w/ doppler studies
4. Electrocardiogram (ECG)
5. Stress/Dobutamine Echocardiography
6. Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) -2D/3D/4D
7. Treadmill Exercise Test
8. Vascular studies
a. Carotid and Vertebral Artery Duplex Scan
b. Arterial and Venous Duplex Scan
c. Arterial Venous Fistula Surviellance Study
